Journal Article20210702By studying the indicators of measuring the efficiency of the total Egyptian foreign trade with the COMESA during the study period (1990-2017), it turned out that there is a positive effect of Egypt's joining the COMESA on Egyptian exports to the COMESA, as it shows a high percentage of Egyptian exports to the COMESA conglomerate in the gross domestic product The Egyptian accounted for about 0.51%, an increase estimated at 0.372%, equivalent to about 269.56% for the period before joining the COMESA, and the percentage of Egyptian exports to the COMESA conglomerate in Egyptian exports increased by 5.11%, an increase estimated at about 2.95% and a rate of about 136.57% for a period Before joining the COMESA, while the per capita share of Egyptian exports to the COMESA increased by 1291.86 dollars, an increase estimated at 1171.8 dollars, an increase estimated at 976.01%, and the rate of export coverage of imports increased by 174.45, an increase estimated at 123.35%, and by an estimated rate By 241.38%, the degree of economic participation of exports amounted to 43.39, an increase of about 8.76, and by a percentage of about 25.29% over the period before joining the COMESA, and the degree of stability of exports amounted to about 20.5%, with an increase It amounted to 1.64%, and humanity reached 8.69% for the period before joining the COMESA . In light of the above, the research recommends the following:
1- Increasing cooperation between Egypt and COMESA to increase the economic stability of these countries, where the criteria for measuring the efficiency of the total foreign trade showed that there is a great improvement in the performance of the Egyptian total foreign trade sector with the countries of the COMESA.
2- Establishing a network of commercial information and publicizing investment opportunities in the COMESA .
3- The establishment of an Egyptian administration specialized in dealing with the COMESA markets to measure consumer tastes and the requirements of these markets for the quality of goods, prices, and others, to work to stimulate Egyptian exports to COMESA 2682-44421220200601Using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the efficiency of municipal spending in South Africaإستخدام تحليل مغلف البيانات ( (DEA) لتقييم کفاءة انفاق البلديات في جنوب أفريقيا366718141210.21608/mbddn.2020.181412ARمحمود عنبرمدرس الاقتصاد -کلية التجارة – جامعة أسوانJournal Article20210702<span class="TextRun SCXW211696794 BCX0" lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW211696794 BCX0">The paper deals with the analysis of the local spending efficiency of 114 municipalities in South Africa for the year 2011 using the data envelope technique (DEA), according to the input orientation and the BCC model. In the literature, various types of pans were distinguished including indurated or cemented pans, claypans, and fragipans. Pan layers are further classified into the natural pans and anthropogenic pans. Depending on the type of cementation, natural pan is subdivided into different types; claypans, fragipans, indurated layers, cemented by iron, silica, lime, gypsum or humus. Anthropogenic pans are graded into tillage pan, surface crust and finally the pasture pan produced as a result of grazing animals packing action. Not all of the key pan layer classifications are ideal for mitigating their land-use hazards since little information is available.
